If the downloaded file cannot be started by double-click, it may be necessary to check
the appropriate box at Access Rights tab of the file's property dialog.
Please note: To allow a user to connect to the Internet, you may want to give him/her the necessary
access rights. To do so, open a terminal window with Ctrl-Alt-T and enter: sudo usermod -aG dialout user_name
